- Opening up relationships with clients in different verticals, at a Strategic and Tactical level. Mapping of target organizations, Initiating contact with key decision makers. Identification of Prospect Company’s technology needs and Positioning of AK Systems’ suite of services
- Experienced in consulting and staffing industry.
- To build & sustain a pipeline to a target value of potential business from assigned markets and/or accounts
- To identify, qualify, pursue and close sales projects in a timely manner.
- To attain financial sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- To build and execute account development plans designed to realise sales goals.
- To build and develop trusting and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
- Complete responsibility for Sales and Pre-sales activity, conducting Presentations, organizing Demos, handling RFIs / RFPs / RFQs, Negotiations and Closure of deals.
- Responsible for spearheading the thrust to acquire new business from US Region.. Successfully handle multi-million dollar targets.
- Grooming and leading a Sales and Pre-sales team. Should build a rich Sales Pipeline.
- Positioning of AK Systems’ services by Concept-selling of Software Products and Development Services to fulfill the needs.
- Provide support in post sales cycle for design verifications, critical situation and quick expert reference.
- Effective communicator with excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drives.
- Experience of working and managing relationships in large international organisations
- Independently handling the marketing and sales in the US Region.
